These pulleys are made of low-friction aluminum, have a metal housing, and have hooks at the top and the bottom. The housing on this pulley holds two aluminum pulleys stacked on top of each other in tandem with the larger of the wheels being 50mm in diameter and the smaller being 38mm in diameter.
