Flint Glass Tubing is made from soda lime glass and is ideal for a variety of scientific and glass working applications. Each tube measures 5mm in outer diameter, 48 inches in length, and has a wall thickness of 1–1.2mm.
The tubing comes in a case of 25 pounds, containing approximately 275 straight-cut pieces. Unlike borosilicate glass, flint glass has a lower softening point, making it suitable for applications that require quicker heating or reshaping. The tube ends are cut but not fire polished to allow immediate processing or flame polishing in your own setup.
Perfect for science labs, flame workers, educators, and industrial use.
