Our Heat Transfer apparatus is a useful visual demonstration of the transfer of heat using an aluminum bar which connects two insulated containers - one filled with very hot water and the other filled with cold water. A thermometer is inserted in the top of each container. As the heat is transfered, the change in temperature of the water is easily read on the thermometer. Instructions included.
