An all-in-one, simple, vacuum container. Made of lightweight and pressure-resistant reinforced plastics that enables easy and safe handling in a student lab, compared with a conventional glass bell jar. Because of the large capacity of 1800 mL, the container can hold relatively large experimental materials like a beaker.
It is easy to create a reduced pressure state in the container by drawing out the inner air using the manually operable pump included in the product.
Both the lid and pump have a built-in intake/exhaust valve seat mechanism. Therefore, all that is needed is to directly connect the manual pump to the center of the lid, and to continuously move the piston up and down until a desired degree of vacuum is created inside the container.
With the vacuum container you can demonstrate various types of vacuum experiments such as transmission of sound, a dropping boiling point, and inflating/deflating a marshmallow.
The manual pump ensures a small and efficient seal for the container, allowing for easy operation and control.
