GSC International #1865-4 Spectrum Tube with Hydrogen Gas.
Made from borosilicate glass and containing hydrogen gas under a low-pressure vacuum. The length is 26cm and made to fit a standard Spectrum Power Supply. Used in spectrum analysis in science education classrooms.
The HydrogenGas Spectrum Tube is a sealed glass tube containing hydrogen gas at low pressure, designed to emit characteristic light when ionized by a high-voltage power supply. You can use our 1865-PS Power Supply.
The Hydrogen Gas Tube will produce the characteristic Balmer series lines, including visible spectral lines like red (H-alpha), blue-green (H-beta), and violet (H-gamma), essential for studying hydrogen's atomic structure.
Commonly used in teaching the principles of emission spectra, atomic energy levels, and the properties of noble gases in science education.
Demonstrates electron excitation and de-excitation processes, photon emission, and the relationship between atomic structure and emitted wavelengths.
The Hydrogen Gas Spectrum Tube is 26 centimeters long and fits our 1865-PS Power Supply.
They are individually labeled with the periodic table symbol for the gas. Well packed in triangular tubes with foam protecting the ends of the tubes to ensure they arrive in good condition.
